AcqKnowledge (TM) is a professional data acquisition and analysis application developed by Biopac Systems, Inc. Designed for physiological research and education, it pairs with Biopac data acquisition systems to record multi-channel biosignals and provides real-time visualization, synchronized event marking, and robust post-processing.
Researchers can capture ECG, EMG, EEG, EDA/skin conductance, respiration, blood pressure, and other signals, then apply automated routines for filtering, peak detection, heart rate variability, cycle analysis, and spectral/time-frequency methods. The software supports annotations, calculation channels, and batch processing to streamline workflows, and it can synchronize physiological data with video and external devices to support precise stimulus–response experiments. Data can be exported in common formats for further analysis in standard statistical and scientific computing tools. AcqKnowledge (TM) runs on Windows and macOS and is widely used in psychophysiology, human factors, neuroscience, sports science, clinical research, and classroom labs.
